Excitement is building for the 2021 Australian Cotton Collective, with tickets for the key industry event now on sale.
The Collective will be held in Toowoomba, Queensland from August 24th – 26th 2021, and will bring Australia’s cotton industry together for a series of informative speaker sessions, panel forums and a trade show.
Cotton Australia CEO Adam Kay said the event would be a valuable knowledge sharing experience for attendees.
“After a long time apart due to the pandemic, we are looking forward to getting our industry together again for this event,” Mr Kay said.
“The Collective is shaping up to be an informative occasion for our growers and all attendees, with leading speakers and cotton industry experts presenting on topics of importance to our farmers.
“Accompanying the Collective will be a trade show, which will provide growers the opportunity to discover the latest products and technology on the market to help them further improve their farming operations.
“I encourage anyone wanting to attend the event to purchase your tickets now.”
Mr Kay said the Collective will be a COVID-safe event.
“While the COVID situation is volatile and evolving, we are taking steps to ensure this event will go ahead in a safe way,” Mr Kay said.
The Australian Cotton Industry Awards will be held in conjunction with the Collective.
“After a season where we bounced back from the perils of drought, we look forward to celebrating some of our industry’s top achievers at the Awards,” Mr Kay said.
“I look forward to having our growers come together to continue our industry’s proud tradition of collaboration, and with limited tickets available, I’m keen for as many people as possible to come along to the event.”
